Adventure Days
Kids Go Wild!
Kids only Adventure Days in the school holidays where you can spend the whole day or whole week with us ‘hanging around in the trees and mucking about on the river’
COST: £30 a day

Activities through the week may include:
Tree Surfing - Tree surfing is an adrenaline-pumping, heart-thumping bird's eye experience. A day that blows others away. Our incredible treetop eco-trail transports you to the truly awesome canopy of one of Britain's prized woodlands. Test your limits, and get a natural high. A complex of ladders, rope bridges, zip wires and walkways gives you the freedom to explore our astounding native broadleaf trees from the top down... Don't just get close to nature. Be part of it.
Tree Climbing – Using climbing holds and ropes, see how far you can climb our huge Douglas Fir trees.
Archery - Learn archery in the wooded depths of the Tamar Valley. Whether you're a Maid Marian or more of a Little John, you'll love the chance to learn how to shoot arrows on target in our woodland archery venue.
Canoe Journey – Have fun exploring the river Tamar in canoes, learn to control a canoe, watch wildlife, enjoy the beautiful river, learn about its mining heritage
Bush craft - Fires, dens, ropes, knives..learn the skills with our Bush Craft team. The Bushcraft days are a mixture of starting fires, cooking marshmallows, gathering materials, buidling shelters, learning survival skills, and generally enjoying the woods.
The Tree Jump – the ultimate adrenalin rush, jump off a 40 foot tree platform, free fall and touch down with a soft landing. The Tree jump uses innovative technology for maximum thrill and maximum safety.
Trail Hunting - explore further into the woods by following trails, clues and maps by foot or on Mountain Bikes
Wet and Wild raft building and kayaking - Get ready to get wet! Build your own raft try it out and have a go at kayaking
