Tamar Trails Centre Launch Event

On Saturday the 30th of March the new Tamar Trails Centre will open with FREE tasters of all the activities the centre has to offer.

Come and try your hand at:
- Tree Surfing*
- Tree Jumping*
- The Zip-wire*
- Archery
- Bushskills
- Panning for gold
- Easter Egg Hunt

Also bring your bikes and dogs and enjoy a walk of cycle around the 25km of trails that wind their way through an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site.

Explore the remains of old mines - the legacy of one of the greatest copper producing areas in the world!

We’re changing…just a little bit..

Tree Surfers and Canoe Tamar are excited to announce that from the 28th of March the new Tamar Trails Centre will officially be opened, and we will be managing it on behalf of the Tamar Valley Mining Heritage Project.

The Tamar Trails Centre will not only be our new and very beautiful home, but it will also be home to a new Cafe and Interpretation Centre, and of course the hub for outdoor activities in the Tamar Valley.

The new Tamar Trails Centre has replaced the old building, so we are still in exactly the same place, doing the same things and offering the same great level of service, it’s just that everything is better and of course shinier!

We hope that you will come down to explore everything that’s new, and you will soon be receiving your official invitation to our public launch on Saturday the 30th of March 2013.

All these changes do mean that all the emails that you get from us from now on will come in the guise of the Tamar Trails Centre from our new email address [email protected] - we just wanted to let you know, so that you wouldn’t think we’d sold your details on, which we would never ever do!

Other changes also include a brand new Facebook page and Twitter account, so it would be great if you could like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.
