We have a number of vacancies available this year:
Tree Surfers Instructors: We provide full training for this role so you dont need to have any prior experience, but you do need to have a good head for heights, be excellent with customers, be passionate about the outdoors and work well in a team. This is a great opportunity for those wishing to start a career in the outdoors or for College/University students over 18. This years Tree Surfers Instructors will receive an additional package of training and experience in other outdoor activities including canoeing, kayaking, climbing and walking/navigation for their own pleasure or career progression. Café Lead: The café at The Tamar Trails is looking for more staff to work in the busy cafe at weekends and in the holidays this season. You will be over 18 years old, have prior experience of cafes or other catering, be great with customers and love being part of a high energy team. See more details here.
Café Assistant: Our café assistants work along side the café lead. You must be available at weekends and in the holidays. Prior experience is helpful, but full training is provided. You can be 16 years or older.
Duty Manager: Our Duty Manager is a pivotal role at Tree Surfers, working to ensure customers have an amazing experience and staff are guided to give their very best. You will be confident in your people skills in person and on the telephone. Be able to multi-task and work under pressure in this dynamic and high energy environment. You do not need to have experience in the outdoors, all relevant training will be provided but prior experience of front of house or similar duty manager roles is essential. Centre Assistant: Our Centre assistants will work along side all other roles helping with the smooth delivery of activities. You must be available at weekends and in the holidays. You can be 16 years or older. See more details here.
